The hotel is ideal, has pleasant views and brilliant location close enough to which has a decent menu as well as England up to so far. The suite is airy and huge.

I was offered an incredibly nice breakfast at reasonable prices. I was given exquisite and brand-new room with three windows, the bathroom, for example.

The daily service was good. Our room was new-fashioned and had an iron, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk. We had a full English breakfast, the food was reasonably priced. Our location was marvellous and...

Adorable characterful hotel with lovely staff members from the manager on down. Incredibly nice breakfast at reasonable prices, cold drinks. Tidy rooms for the baby cot. Great and brilliant location, 5 minutes' walk to Excel Exhibition Centre....  

Most of the staff were lovely. In my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with the shower, heating and good facilities and that was great. The breakfast was particularly nice, at reasonable prices and reasonably priced.

Reasonably clean and perfect hotel, views are great, location is magnificent very close to train station. The rooms are compact and recently renovated with coffee/tea making facilities, multi-channel television, and a study table. The hotel was fairly clean with great and lovely staff from the manager on down. The venue was in a remote setting near London City airport where I was flying from. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Zero Sette Restaurant that is only 15 minutes' walk away.

I had a great stay at a hotel in London. The location was perfect and the cleanliness of the place was commendable. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome I received and the food at the hotel was excellent.

One unfortunate incident during my stay was the absence of a lift in the hotel building. It was quite stressful to get to our apartment on the second floor without a lift, especially with heavy luggage.

Only one criticism - the pillows are too hard!

The location was brilliant and handy, only 5 minutes walk to Excel Exhibition Centre. Moreover, it's just next door to London, tube and the Docklands.
